HBIC/ CK, I think you're both aware although but just thought I'd double check, that Leicester tweet was just a joke because Leicester were also supposedly in for Bergwijn. It's taking the piss out of this scene from a show on Channel 4 that went viral:

Sorry. Stopped reading when I got to 'Channel 4', so I still don't get it.

Their animosity towards us is baffling. An outside observer with zero previous knowledge of football would be forgiven for assuming that we beat them to the title.

Theyshould thank us for "giving" them the title.Hell,we screwed up so much we lost 1-5 to a relegated already team and gave bloody Arsenal second place to make THEM look good!

We didn't 'give' Leicester anything, they won that title fair and square - Champions by 10 points in the end, yes we lost our last 2 matches to make allow the gap to grow, but Leicester didn't lose a match after they lost to the Goons in the February of that season - We pushed them hard until Clattenburgs intervention and the 'The Battle of the Bridge' allowed him to ensure that the medias dream of Leicester winning the title was brought to fruition. We would not have caught them even if we had won every match in the run in and unfortunately once the title had gone we ran out of legs, unlike the Goons who at that time were always excellent once they couldn't win the league!

Reports this morning that a group of thugs attacked Ed Woodward's house last night, throwing flares and objects over the gates and chanting "you're gonna die".

....this from supporters of a club poised to spend £65m on Bruno Fernandes.

There is a time and place where it is important to remind people, however unintelligent and entitled they may be, that football is just a game. Woodward's wife and young children do not deserve to be traumatised. I hope the perpetrators are caught and handed lifetime bans from the club they apparently care more about than life itself.

Never mind lifetime bans, that is worthy of a spell inside. Luckily his family were not home, but even so, that is outrageous.

So we ignore TCM's well argued post, just to believe you. We screwed up nothing, Leicester were just outstanding and performed incredibly. We were 3rd at the beginning of the year (Arsenal were top for a while) but people say we bottled it.

Looks like United are going to get Bruno Fernandes, it seems like they are furnishing the home before the new tenant ( poch ) arrives Grealish lined up for the summer

Pleased to see Utd give City a good run around tonight probably won't make any difference but I will cling to any crumb of comfort.

Also please note that The Gills beat Shrewsbury tonight which clearly makes them a better team than the Mousers! And Shrewsbury by the same equation must be better than the Spammers! :emoticon-0140-rofl:
