Poured the oil and balsamic over the fish, twas nice. Yeah though, maybe could have poured a bit less.
I can’t stand Riesling, I can’t get beyond the cheap German piss that was considered sophisticated in the British culinary void that was the 70/80’s. I’ve not tried a new World version in fairness, as I’d never buy one.
Deffo too much oil. The risotto looks really good though, bravo. Decent stock? As for Reisling, tad too sweet to be taken seriously. Just not a fan of the sweeter white wines.

I’d eat it. Risotto isn’t as good good as chiefs. I haven’t made one in years. I used to do one on a Monday night with left over chicken from the roast and sweet corn. Was good.
