It's a bizarre suystem in the fa cup...not used in the first game but used in a repay <doh>
Not as bizarre as playing both semi finals at Wembley, guaranteeing the second match features at least one major chance created by a defender going arse over tit due to the pitch cutting up under their feet

Still, could be worse: a month later there's three playoff finals back-to-back over the space of a bank holiday weekend, presumably because they intended to use the pitch as a set for 1917...

I'd like them to go back to the old system.Neutral grounds for semi finals. Not bloody Wembley!
I can remember them having horse jumping at Wembley one year...followed by Swindon v Arsenal in the FL Cup Final on a screwed up pitch. Arsenal got screwed up,too!!...which was nice!!!!!

The 1970 Chelsea v Leeds final was played 2 days after the Horse of Year show had ploughed up Wembley too

Hey guys, does anyone have experience of taking the overground from Enfield Town to the stadium? Also, if this is a practical idea, is there anywhere to park near Enfield Town station? Thanks in advance.

It didn't actually matter as neither team wanted to play football - possibly the most violent match in history
I'm going to go with the game that made the ref create red and yellow cards:

Ken Aston from Essex, if anyone was wondering. Also created the black ref's kit, apparently.

Try Theobalds Grove station, just a few stops from WHL and parking directly outside the station

The Italians and Chileans, that would probably still be a bit of a grudge match now - though thankfully 'football' like this can only be seen in historical footage, makes thes battle of the bridge look like a sunday morning kick-about
