They aren't an independent nation though and probably won't be in our lifetime. We can't make decisions about what could potentially happen way along in the future. There's people in Wales talking about independence for them, now. Although granted it's nowhere near as vocal as Scotland, but that could change.

The benefit to the game would be bigger clubs, bigger attendances, better atmosphere and standard of the league would improve.

" There's people in Wales talking about independence for them, now ".

There is no appetite for independence in Wales.

Why not move newcastle to.the spl
Now there's an idea... Even Sunderland would probably get a shot in Europe at some point and we could drag teams like Carlisle along to improve their lower leagues, too.

The less travelling will also help. I'm in.

I’m trying to break him in gently. I’m doubling up with KY at the moment and just prodding away at his hole a little.

If he’s still here at the end of the month, I’m going in dry.

If Carlisle had there office on the other side of the ground they would have to register with the Welsh FA, true fact according to my mate.

This so much. like I've said people who think Scotland wanting independence means Wales would suddenly want the same is just conjecture. It's such a minority opinion, usually I place the Welsh independence folk into the same category of the mentally handicapped.

Generally unemployed people who spend far too much time on Wales' wikipedia page dreaming of a fantasy in which Britain remained a Celtic nation under the impression that THEN their life would have some meaning.

That being said, Scotland doesn't want independence, as surely they would have voted for it.

Why the Welsh FA?

I know Carlisle very well, I stayed there for 6 months during my recovery over something that happened a few years back. The ground is nowhere near any borders, it's probably within 10 miles of Scotland, though. If that.
