Oil, onions, chilli, cumin seeds, garlic and ginger and a pinch of Haldi(Turmeric) Throw some Passata in and a pinch of salt, cook till oil separates I’m going for the Takeaway curry vibe
Dice your chicken and throw in pot with your toasted and ground coriander and Cumin seeds mix it up, throw in a cup of water or whatever amount you want for desired consistency and lid on lid on, medium to low heat and cook

Maggi is a strange one, her seasonings and sauces are top notch, the noodle range is ****ing pathetic. Always have a bottle of liquid seasoning in the kitchen
I add my main salt near the end along with the Garam masala Garnish with coriander serve with whatever you want...I’ve gone for Parathas Done
There was **** all wrong with my curry. Same ingredients bar cumin seeds as didn’t have them and used ground cumin. Also put the other spice in with the onion mix. Mine just ended up like a red hot korma as used lazy chilli and out far too much in.
