When are we selling our ground? If they can get £60 million in Sheffield, we should get about £250 million in W12.
We could get Boswanker and the South Korean back for a few months with that sort of money.

Heaven forbid that we ever sell our most important asset for a one off go on a lottery.
I like what we are doing now.
