He is valued on the BBC website at £7.36 million. We could sell him 50 times over for that price. Realistically I think we will see £15 plus sell on and appearance clauses.

Seriously good at Champ level, Premiership is a different story. Adams was great at Birmingham, anonymous at Southampton. Robinson at the blunts is hardy setting the world on fire.

I couldn't see him getting into the Norwich or Villa or West Ham side, not tested at that level. And why would a Leeds/WBA be interested, assuming they are.
Robertson.
Harry.

You couldn’t see him getting into three struggling sides??
There are plenty who do make the step up

So, if we got promoted we'd be looking to replace him, only not with anyone from the lower leagues because they might not make the step up?

Scores goals
Plenty assists
Young
English
Proven over 3 seasons
Excellent injury record

What's not to like?
I don't have a problem with the kid, but I somehow think he'd struggle to step up to the grade, but eh I've been proven wrong in the past. I suppose we'll only find out for sure if and when he leaves.

However, someone I know and who's opinion I respect reckons he could be the new Mo Salah so maybe he'll be a huge success in the prem.

Fair point. But hardly strikers. If I was paying £20m for a untried kid to put the ball in the onion bag i'm not sure JB would be my 1st choice.

If Andre Gray was worth £18.5 million at 26 years old (2 years ago) you can see where the valuation comes from

Dan James, was untried & similar in a lot of ways to Bowen, not so much playing style other than they play on the wing.
If Solskjaer is still trying to build a young British team, he could do a lot worse than shell out £20 million + on Bowen!
