I was an anxious little home bird who got nervous walking around a shopping centre, decided **** it and took a gamble moving to Norway.

I've met a gorgeous girl who I've been dating these past few months, I'm more confident than ever, I'm fitter and healthier than ever.

I hope my next decade sees as much personal development as this one.

A man who dialled 999 because his biscuits were out of date is among the emergency calls received by police this year.

Audio also reveals a man calling to ask the time, and a woman complaining because a chip shop sent her three sausages instead of one.


London's Metropolitan Police said lives were potentially put at risk by the 25,448 hoax calls it received between 1 January and 30 November 2019.
