I would have been next door Chazz in Cavalier, then home to 21st Ave to try and put 16 of us around a makeshift table, which was impossible to walk round. It was that cramped, we had to take it in turns to lean forward to get a fork full of food off your plate.

Always had a barrel of beer in the garden complete with gas and a pump.

Five of the sixteen no longer with us.

The best times.

Merry Christmas.

I missed out on that party invite vic

I lived on 21st ave

Could only get served in the greenwood pub

I wish we knew, when we were kids, to keep some of those things that now, looking back, mean so much to us.
I’m sure I still have the record in my garage along with a multitude of other records. My uncle used to collect records and when he died my brothers and I were going to do this that and the other to get rid of his collection (probably some good stuff in there but also a lot of rubbish), but as usual we were all hot air and didn’t manage to do anything with it.

Then when my Dad died how could I turn down taking ownership of Little White Bull, along with his records, so now I have a collection doing absolutely nothing in the garage. When we emigrated the idea was to get rid of everything we didn’t need................ something else we wasn't good at......

Dig them old records out and give them a spin for Christmas, Brisbane. They're likely a bit scratchy now, but who cares?
