Ha! I live in a Conservative-held one and I've only received one leaflet. From the local Tory MP and it read like a school report for a 5 year old! Thinking about it, that's probably quite telling.
No, he means that thing that we were conned into supporting with false promises that life would be better. Oh, that's everything that we vote for, isn't it?
The nightmare before Christmas.....a hung parliament with the racist (who hate the English) SNP, the bigoted (who have a hatred of just about everyone) DUP and the Social Demotwats (who hate the word democracy) fighting to try and call the shots. Add to that Mix an extreme left wing Labour Party, out to dismantle and rebuild a new Trotsky style UK, up against an extreme right wing Conservative party, whom suddenly want to spend lots of money, after spending the last ten years keeping it locked away. ......Meanwhile the natural world is literally dying before our eyes. The seas quickly deoxygenating, the forests being decimated, the polar ice melting 7-times faster than in the 90’s, man made plastic pollution causing unimaginable harm to all forms of life...........WTF........... Happy Christmas to all, enjoy it while you can. Back to the pub for me and I’ll wake up (maybe) on Friday to fekin who knows what?
Tories spend more money on propaganda than all the other parties put together. This election like the referendum has been a nightmare of lies and half truths, guess who is leading the way. What we need to cut out this point scoring is proportional representation and an elected second chamber, that's what I would like to see come out of this horrible Tory engineered farce.
It's funny that because I've seen way, way more Labour or pro-Corbyn propaganda than I have Tory. Proportional Representation isn't any good for those of us who vote for a particular candidate. And the Lords should go back to hereditary peers rather than life peers appointed by the parties- they're more likely to be apolitical than an elected house.
I read yesterday that the woman who's account that the story that this was faked came from was receiving death threats. And this from supporters of cuddly Jeremy who loves everyone and wants us all to love each other.
I like what they stand for, a good broad spectrum of policy. Nice and easy to understand for us oldies.
