Things I found out from my recent medical before I go away.
Lung Capacity: down.
Body fat: Up
Mole watch*: Not good. Need emergency biposy.
Bleep test: Down three levels
Treadmill: Threw up after
*I'm a moley ****er and once upon a time I had to get a lump removed etc. Been mole mapped since (they track skze, shape, colour etc) And one has gone to **** so another lump found.
Overall: Trev levels of unhealthy.
Buzzing.

I still passed. I'm not obese (confirmed) and only slightly overweight now.
Been through the lump stuff before and always knew because of my moles I would again. Just a **** waiting for results treatment after the biop.

Basicall they'll need to cut out the lump and test it to see if it's benign or cancerous. Simple procedure, in and out in a day.

They form under the moles at the roots (hence Moley people are more at risk of skin cancer). My first was in my chest and had to cut a bit of rib to get it. this is just below my armpit so far easier to get at.
