We have a long history of ownership by local businessmen who were really only in it to make a few quid ... Milan Manderic saw an opportunity and potential and fair play to him ... then along came King Power ... fair to say they were met with a good deal of scepticism and suspicion from some traditionalists ... they have been fantastic, not just for the football club but for the city. We have been incredibly fortunate. There is now a huge bond between the city and the owners and the current vibe around the place is phenomenal.
Think they might struggle for goals a bit over Christmas and drop down a bit. If they're still miles ahead come February I'll pay up early.
People like matth and Goldbridge seriously need to stop. They perpetuate this utter garbage about VAR "only helps Liverpool", "wouldn't have been disallowed if it were Liverpool". All this while the most famous VAR offside decision this season is wrongly disallowing Firmino's goal, which could have been crucial in the title race. Even if the Sheffield decision wasn't actually the correct one, what would it matter? **** all, your season is dead anyway. They are seriously mentally ill and have no touch with reality. Exactly like the Tory on Question Time screaming his head off about how his £80k+ salary means he's in the poorest 50% of people so it's an outrage Labour want to tax him an extra £50 a month.
