Not arsed what lazy journos are surmising. No way our fan base are having him back after the way he behaved after he left. Plus, he’s been sacked 3 times since.
Who else do you think would come in on an interim basis?

We don’t want an interim manager, we did that with gravy kecks. If we ditch Silva we need to appoint a manager who matches the level of investment that Moshiri has been funding i.e. a proven quality manager. We’re one of the highest payers in the league, and job of the club is to now convince the right man to join.
Look at the list of quality managers currently out of the game, there’s options out there.
half of these so called great managers, just sit waiting for easy high end jobs … there's a few exceptions to that and I think you need someone to sure things up … I would have thought rafa or Allardyce would be ideal. also look at your next 5 games!!! a new manager would likely lose the first 5 , so I don't think anyone would be too keen right now.
It’s the clubs job to sell the ambition of the owner to the right man.
