Agreed......Spurs have gone for the short term solution when they should have looked elsewhere. In 2 or 3 years they will face the same dilemma.
I can't see Levy giving Jose a ton of money for players, and I can't see the current players being happy with Jose's style of management. It is going to be fun!
Seriously doubt that but I hope they do tbh, Jose has a terrible record in recent years.

He took a **** United team and won the EL and was it the LC or FC cup. Managed to oust a so called progressive modern manager and has a great starting point to build a brilliant team at Spurs. Just the perfect squad for his CA style and also the big front man he likes in Kane. Can see Alli stepping up under him.
And once he spent money he made them worse...
TBF Alli is a proper snide. His fouls and dives could go through the roof under Jose.
I just think he wast a good fit at United. Still he did what he always does. Wins trophies. Big job up is keeping the two CB and Erickson.

He didn’t have the best time at United. But everywhere else he went. It’s okay tho. He is a dinosaur and no real threat to the upper reaches of the table.
