At the ice rink today with my pseudo grandaughter who is learning to skate. Bit parky in shorts.
A lot of respect for the women in full muslim gear who are trying to skate. Particularly funny though when they go flying legs all over the place looking a little less conservative.

Talking of music , heard the National Express by the Divine Comedy for the first time in ages the other day . Got home and watched the video , nothing like I expected 
Being a young Mancunian around at the time New Order, a local band, came to the fore kind of helps.
In my opinion, they went on to better things than Joy Division would have with the inclusion of a keyboardist and different music styles.
That's how I can judge.
