Mandalorian.

You like Star wars? You'll love this.

This was a correct prediction. I like Star Wars, really enjoyed this. Took a second watch to get me head wrapped round I was watching a TV show rather than a film like but once I got that keyed in, really enjoyable. Watched the episode four times and next one is today. Can't wait.

Really? I found the story boring, the ending was ridiculous and the characters all annoying.

Was looking forward to this too.

What do you mean you had to get your head around you were watching a series as opposed to a film? Serious question

Fair enough. Personlly, I'm not sure what the story is yet, only had one episode. Thought it done fine introducing the rough outlines of a few characters for a first episode and fully expect them to be more rounded out as the series goes on. As for the ending, I really enjoyed it, not what I was expecting at all and have no idea what direction this will take the story in. Another seven episodes yet and it generally takes me four or five to get into any tv show. I'm also willing to let it breathe as I've watched Clone Wars and Rebels so I'm thinking I'll get similar story telling and character development as I got on them shows.

I'm not going to mention anything specific as I'm guessing some folk haven't seen it yet and I don't want to spoil it for anyone.

When I watch a film I'm expecting certain things; a complete self contained story with all the character introduction, development and conclusion done and completed in one sitting. And even though I've watched the animated series, I think because it was a live action Star Wars instantly recognisable as being of the OT era, my head went into film mode. Was about 20-25 mins in of my first watch before I went into TV mode and started to recognise I'm going to be dlivered the stroy and characters piece meal. Second watch when I was into TV mode was much better as I wasn't expecting as much so what I did get I thought was really good.

Does anyone else watch Fare Dodgers?
I do.

Little surprise that the vast majority of dodgers are negro. I actually got up and clapped at the TV when they nicked a white cockney on the bus for having a dodgy pass. It gets depressing watching one after another Terry either have the wrong ticket or simply bust through the barriers.

One lady of ethnicity actually told the bus conductor who was also of ethnicity that he should let her off the fine because they were both of ethnicity and as such should be sticking up for persons of ethnicity. At least that is what I think she said in between hollering "THIS IS BULLSH.IT!!!!!"

I'm not sure I remember this Terry person.

If I had my way, I'd whip fare dodgers through the streets of London.
