a first half demolition by England they looked dangerous going forward and showed a lot of variety in attack, but has England defensive frailties been sorted .it's a hard one as the answere will be when they play the better teams. it seems that you need one approach to qualify and then a different one to get through the competitions.
i was disapointed that Henderson did not get a run out in the second half.
felt sorry for montenegro player who comes on for his first international early in the seconmd half your are five goals down and England are on cruse control ,i wonder what went through his mind as he came on..

We have so much talent in the forward positions but we just don't seem to produce world class defenders any more. I would have given Mings another go to strike up a partnership with Maguire. The fact that Guardiola prefers two midfielders at centre half rather than play Stones should tell Southgate something. Can't see Delano getting his first cap any time soon as Pickford looks solid and there are other good keepers in the pecking order above Deano.

i agree i just thought we are winning 5-0 it would be a good opportunity for him to get some experience.

Think Heaton is a very good keeper though he does pick up injuries quite often. I also think Forster is coming back into form at Celtic and will be in the reckoning soon. We know that Deano is very good but I don't think he is full international standard yet and he is a bit on the short side for a keeper nowadays, which might count against him.

We need Henderson back in midfield to add a bit more experience and then Southgate must decide who is to partner Maguire at the back and give them a run of games -I think Gomez would be good if he can stay injury free.

we are still doing the same mistakes in the Czech we were getting beaten at the near post and struggled in set pices and corners . in the game against Kosova a forward got between the center backs twice for free headers and they got to the near posts better teams will punish England and they will not find it so easy to score goals.
