I'm sure you could write all that on the back of a postage stamp......so on the back of a Christmas cracker joke there would be plenty of room.

So we have the full weight of UEFA giving Bulgaria a two game ban...having to play behind closed doors....but one game is suspended for two years....also a £65,000 fine.

UEFA had the chance to make a strong case against racism....and they've fluffed it again.

England were also fined because English fans booed the Bulgarian national anthem.....€5,000 or £4314.

Bulgaria where also fined €10,000 or £8628 for booing the English national anthem.

That so called punishment is a joke. How you can suspend a part of a punishment for example when the Country concerned is a serial offender. What they should have done is banned Bulgaria from ALL international competition indefinitely like they did England back in the day. The Country and clubs. They should then impose the same punishment on any Country that offends and make it clear that it is the minimum punishment. No faffing about and no soft option. This will do nothing to solve the problem that they all say needs sorting out and campaign against. Typical FIFA with absolutely no bollox at all.

Bulgaria were already going through a partial ban.....hence a part of the ground was already closed.....yet they get away without getting thrown out of international football for a long period......thank you .

Agreed Sensible. No wonder it goes on and indeed gets worse recently.

I can't understand why Yeovil were granted a replay after their game against Haringey was abandoned on Saturday. I understand 2 Yeovil fans arrested for racially aggravated assault have been released but it's clear even Yeovil Town and their players accept something of the sort did happen. In that case, the FA need to have courage of their own convictions and throw Yeovil out of the Cup irrespective of what's happened with the police inquiry.

So I woke this morning safe in the belief that we were safe from the freaks and fears of Halloween, After a light and healthy bacon and egg butty for breakfast I started on the veg for tonight's dinner and idly flicked on Charlton v Preston NE. Just before kick-off, the cameras roamed the terraces picking out cheery fans and excited kids. But there, lurking in the shadowy part of the stand was the greatest ghoul of all.............. lock your doors and confess your sins, he still walks the earth,

I take exception to that remark sir. Take it back or I'll get Donald to Nuke Canada..................

He is the Valdemort (that's Harry Potter) of the football world and is named Peter Ridsdale. A leach who took money off a very sick PAFC during Admin.

    Orpington Bus Crash.

You might have heard on national news on Friday about the car that caused two buses to crash on Thursday evening (2215 hrs).

I'm very thankful that my eldest grandson only received minor injuries from this accident....he was taken to Hospital and given a thorough check-up and scan.....ending up with a swollen knee and superficial grazes on one of his inner thighs.

It could have been so much worse.... he was sitting at the back of one of the buses with two of his mates...one got catapulted the length of the bus the other was ok..... but my grandson who was sitting in an off-side seat ended up going straight through a nearside window into the road and probably blacked-out for a moment.....suddenly realizing that he was lying in the road and quickly got up.....16 injuries...3 serious....and unfortunately it seems the driver was catapulted through the windscreen and died of his injuries.

Before I heard that my grandson was involved I had been checking it out on the internet....it was less than two miles away and I knew the spot well....so was shocked to hear in the morning when my daughter text me.....they got home with him about 0530 hrs from the hospital....they had kept him in until they were sure he was ok....scanned him a second time hours later to be sure he was.

Many of the neighbours from the houses around the crash came out to help....one phoned my grandsons parents to let then know that he was alright....nice how people rally around at such times.

I agree with BC there it's a parents worst nightmare. When they are young and can't go out it's a pain to have to take them everywhere. Either that or they are a pain staying in. Then comes the day they are old enough to go out on their own and you always wonder where they are and what they are up to. That's when the worry really starts. All of my grandkids are pretty much that age now. Glad he was ok in the end plym.

The car involved was a Uber taxi....came from the side road and didn't stop.....driver arrested for dangerous plus drug driving. One of the bus drivers died at the scene....one bus in a garden one side of the road and the other the same the other side. Passed by the spot this morning....lots of flowers by one of the gardens
Grandson will be 17 in January ....and went back to 6th form after half-term today (Mon)....I assume....haven't heard that he didn't.
If you type in Orpington Bus crash you'll see the chaos and debri all over the road.
