My mate made a ****ing lovely Rosehip, elderberry and redcurrant jelly. It's ****ing banging with roast pork.

I made roast pork loin with stuffing and jam.

Jam on pork!? Fook off bro, i cant even stand cranberry on Turkey.

 

They are the berries from the same tree. But they taste nothing like the flowers. They are more like small red grapes than anything else and they make a ****ing lovely jam.

 

This place is going down hill....jeez

 

Well it wasn't on the pork as such, I stuffed the pork with stuffing and what I had left over I put in a dish and spread jam on it then in the oven with the pork.

My mate mate it. She's goes and collects all sorts of berries and ting during the autumn. She made me a nice jar of it. I don't think the berries are homo blud.
