There is no conspiracy. Let's hope there's a takeover though, because that's the only thing that matters, not some absolute wet lunatics who can't handle a few questions.

Nobody on here knows anything about it and until the club releases information it'll stay that way. I really don't see the point in banging on about what you want to know when nobody can help you.

Add in the fact that repeatedly going on about it is winding more than a few people up and the reasonable thing is to give it a rest.

There's hopefully less consequence to me being right now anyway, but in essence, that's what I want to know. If this is just piling debt on the club with no realistic chance of a takeover, then that's not 'good' (although if it's manageable, then it might be, we'd need to know more details on terms to make sure we haven't swapped SBC out for other debt finance). If they're able to oversee how money is spent, then it's a good thing.

I want to know if it's the case that he's pumped a lot of his own money in recently, because if he has, I would like to say that I was wrong about him and that even if it was only with the takeover on the line, he put his money where his mouth is.

So why doesn't everyone stop pre-judging the intent here and accept that some people just want to know more because the repercussions are clearly massive in terms of who owns the club over the next five years.

This truly isn’t personal, we are just at opposite ends of being a football fan. See I’m a football fan, not an accountant. I remember the days when we (that’s we who have supported us for years) barely knew the names of owners and directors. Let alone forensically examined every decimal point.
Now I accept that could be construed as being naive, but give me naivety and being just a football supporter any day.

This isn't about me you oddball. Maybe if you could stop hounding me for 5 seconds and read my words, you'd realise it would be a good thing for us all to put this to bed. If you think I'm the only one asking, you're being naive.

Why? You're the one making this personal, but equally, when I say 'we' I get other pedants saying that I don't qualify to speak for everyone, so instead, I just give my opinion.

Which used to be ok on discussion forums.

it seems personal as you are on a mission. WE are not entitled to know. They do not owe US an explanation.
But YOU want to know so it is personal in your mind.
