Off to Huntingdon tomorrow as our fella lines up for first race of the season. He was supposed to line up last week but Bangor was waterlogged.

This looks a decent opportunity for Top Decision and horse is plenty fit enough. Going currently good according to Turftrax but with some heavy showers that could hit the course going could be good to soft or even soft come race time which will be ideal. We have a top jockey booked and will be fascinating to see how he fares on his first run over fences. It's hugely exciting as I personally think he will do better over the bigger obstacles.

Huntingdon 2.55pm Top Decision 6/1 each way.

Any other tips for the day would be most appreciated. :emoticon-0148-yes:

A certain amount of deja vu in the Carlisle bumper as there is a horse who raced once for Sam Curling in Ireland showing a very decent level of form. The problem is that Chuvelo is nothing like the value that Jack Valentine was on Friday. He should win but at the price he can do it without my money.
The interesting horse in the race and the one that carries my EW bet is ETAT MAJOR AULMES (25/1). Interesting because he is out of a bumper winning mare and has a bumper winning sibling. Also he is the first runner for new kid on the block Oliver Signy. Oliver has started out training in Lambourn and bloody long way to take your first runner to Carlisle. He is bound to want to start on a positive note and the horse has the pedigree to put him in with a shout.

Have a great day,it’s a nice fair course.

Mad prize money at Auteuil once again. The feature 3m 4f grade 1 chase pays €327,000 to the winner. Amazing there are no British or Irish entries.

Best of luck with Top Decision Pops and have a great day. Worth taking on the Tizzard hotpots so Equus Dancer in the first and Kildisart in the Colin Parker.

Best of luck with your boy. In the race before Amber Gambler is one i'm risking a few quid ew on. Been given a break since pulling up its last two starts, has the assistance of the excellent Bryony Frost today and as long as the horse isn't done with the game it could squeak a place or better. 12/1 the price but i'll be honest i was wanting to see something nearer 20/1. However its still double figures and just about big enough to play each way.

I see Nick De Bounville rides Pym today at Huntingdon but is not any of the other Henderson runners today. Have done the following:

Pym
Rock on Rocky
Top Decision
Mid day gun

Good luck all..

If i was a southern based trainer surely you have to target these races, pathetic they are not.

Money for an ex Gigginstown horse Blow by Blow. Festival winner in 2018 but moved on in the summer for £9k. First run for Stef Keniry this afternoon (Carlisle 3.05) and backed into 14/1 from 25/1. Doesn't look obviously well in but these are the calmest waters he's sailed in for some time. I'll have a little ew speculation.

All the talk round Cheltenham last year was about adjali, who hasn’t impressed so far. The other was kildisart who appears today at Carlisle in a tricky looking contest with the tizzard horse the one to beat. I think it’ll win today and kick on for the rest of the season at a decent price.
