Leeds Utd v Queens Park Rangers
Saturday 2nd November 2019 15.00 | Elland Road


The Hoops are the visitors to Elland Road on Saturday as Leeds look to regain an automatic promotion shot.

The Whites currently occupy 3rd place in the pecking order, behind Preston on goal difference and the Baggies by two points. QPR on the other hand are in 8th place, though only two points behind Bielsa's men. Should Leeds lose, they could see themselves outside of the top 6.

Talisman Pablo Hernandez has responded well to treatment, and should be ready to play a participate a week on Saturday. There is better news for Shackleton and Cooper. Both played a part in Monday draw against Burnley's U23's and although Cooper hobbled off at half time, it is expected that both will start.

We are still waiting to find out whether Bamford will be fit. The 26yo turned his ankle during the latter part of the first half against Sheffield Wednesday and was substituted for Nketiah for the second period.

An intriguing and fascinating encounter in prospect this weekend.

Looking at our squad before the season started our best goalkeeper/defence seemed to be;

Casilla
Ayling, White, Cooper, Dallas.

Well for the first time this season they may actually play together.

Best midfield seemed to be;

Phillips, Klich and Hernandez with Costa and Harrison as the wide players.

Well for the first time this season they may actually play together.

Best stiker; ????

Well if Bamford is injured then Eddie has certainly earned the chance to stake his claim.

So the perfect storm of niggles and knocks, combined with injured players returning could result in the best 11 at the club actually taking the field together for the first time.

Please, please, please Marcelo do not mess with my team selection...trust me it will be awsome.

im hearing shakleton is injured again could be out for three weeks.what the hell is going on at our club.are our players made of candy floss .do we just buy injury prone players.yes I do know young shaks the halfling is one of ours.

As I said on our match day thread...you guys haven't scored loads this year...and we've conceded a lot...we have scored quite a few, and you have had a very solid defense...so something has to give this afternoon...so it should be an intriguing game.
 
Ok you lot my team have just lost at rugby but to a better team so no real problem if my other team don’t win against QPR there will be hell to pay
We need to win this and not by just one scrappy goal
