Why do people bother giving him advice? He never listens to any of it, it’s a complete waste of time.

    Actually Cannabis isn't a depressant it's a Psychoactive compound.

That said, there are some people who should definitely stay away from it as it really isn't any good for their mental health.

Cannabis will heighten genuine anxiety. I wouldn't recommend it for that.

Deep depression where you're struggling to gather your thoughts together or having suicidal thoughts. I don't think there's a medicine out there that relives the pressure as quick or as good as cannabis.

I'm a classic giggler when I'm stoned. I just find **** really funny. And I'll talk **** for hours too and then forget what I was talking about half way through what I'm trying to explain. Lol.

My mates used to call me Mariana, because I'd be trying to explain some complex idea I'd just had and then forget what it was I was trying to explain. They said trying to follow my train of thought was like stepping into the Mariana trench.

    The ****s <laugh>

It has an instant effect while under the influence yes but I would say it can make it much worse over a period of time if you're using heavily.

It's not really helping you feel better imo, it's just helping you temporarily block it out.

Problem is cannabis is not convenient for treating anything that you’d need to routinely deal with day to day if you’re relying on the psychoactive cannabinoids helping you out. It’s great if you’re sat at home but it’s not a very mobile medicine is it? I can’t imagine tube drivers can just crack a vape mid journey.

Matth should try natural things first like exercise, good food, stop screaming at his phone every 3 minutes, stop reading the internet.

Depends on the person using it, bro. I've got no problems getting about after a joint or two.

I mean a spliff is not a medicine you can just use when you’re out and about or at work like an inhaler unless you wanna get sacked. There’s alternatives but still, most places have drug misuse policies.

Well yeah you couldn't just spark a spliff up at your office desk, but I used to just go for walks on my breaks and have a smoke then. If I go into Durham shopping sometimes I might go down by the river halfway through for a spliff and then finish my shopping. I wouldn't recommend that for most stoners, tbh. They can't seem to function fully on it but there's some of us it doesn't negatively impact like that.

I'm the same saff, although if I got **** to do I won't smoke a joint for a few hours after waking up, it's those not out of bed yet morning ziggys that make me not want to do **** all but chill

Yeah, it's rare that I'll smoke it in the morning these days. Maybe on a Sunday when I've got a day of doing **** all planned. If I'm going on a cleaning mission in the house which will take a few hours, I'll definitely smoke a spliff before that and then I just zone in and get it done. When I'm at work, I can say with certainty that I'm more productive when stoned. Some of my best ideas come to me when I'm baked.

You haven’t got a proper job though. If you were about to have an operation in hospital would you be happy if the surgeon popped out for a quick smoke. No.

I have gone through horrific **** in my life and lost family close to me in horrible circumstances, I would not come on here to discuss my demons like a whiny bitch and I was clearly joking .
I may have a dark sense of humour but Matth is only posting on here for attention.

Not sure why you quoted a post from 16 months ago ?

If I aired my demons to you bunch of clowns you would all probably revel in any pain or anguish that I have endured.

If you are depressed Matth go to your gp and stop wasting every ones time.

If it wasn't blatantly obvious I don't want you to top yourself and we both know you have no intention of doing it or seeking the help from medical professionals.

This is my last word on this topic.
