I was worried that the referee had got his yellow card stuck in his pocket after his foul on De Ridder, apparently not a 2nd bookable offence.
He was probably their best player, which is why you can see they are in for a long dull season I think. Good shot that hit the post though.
He did have a good strike, and he is a solid pro, but that double trick that Lallana did on him towards the end of the second half, actually had me laughing in my seat. Brilliant. I think it's time to create a "Tangled Gallery" where we keep a photo of full backs/players that Lallana has stuck on their bums or got their legs twisted up.
so far this season Pantsil and Carr must be in the Gallery. I can't remember a Leeds defender getting twisted and I was on holiday for Ipswich game, though Lallana did have a cracking game that day too.

I think you can stick O'Brien in there from the Leeds game after Adam did him like a kipper for his goal. Especially as O.Brien was probably the only person in the ground that didn't know what Adam was going to do once the ball was on it's way to him...!!
Didn't he retire a couple of seasons ago and come back to play..? He may well consider his options again.
Curtis Davis was being heralded as the next big thing defender wise a few years back (£9m move from WBA to Villa). On the evidence of Saturday, he was either very over-rated in the first place or has lost a lot of form and confidence as he looked very ordinary.
Yep. I said to my Dad half way through first half that they had a premier league back four still. Didn't look much like it to me. I expected a lot more from Davis and the left back, though I never have rated Caldwell.
