thats what norwich should now be called ,that is as long as you can hold on to him .Yesterdays performance was so much down to PL the players ,played there part to a tee ,they followed his well worked plan to the final whistle ,he had the courage to make major changes to the first 11 ,including leaving out the skipper GH .Lambert is never afraid to attack teams from the first whistle to the last minute ,he made the right subs. at the right time ,this manager lambert is learning his trade so fast in the premiership ,he now seems to have got the measure of the top flight and from what i have seen ,gatherd a young hungry group of players who are willing to carry out his tacticks to a man. There are no guarantees in football as in life ,but while you have Lambert you are certain to havegreat attacking football great crowds ,and great results, this IS the man who has put norwich city well and trully back on the football map , take care of him , he is your salvation.

We are all so well aware of what he has done for our club. Without him we would still be in League one (or Worse!!!). He has made a few mistakes along the way, but very few (Doncaster away last season springs to mind). Long may it continue.

WH we've been aware for a very long time of the value of our brilliant, young manager! We are also aware that, in time, he will move on to a greater challenge, but, in the meantime, we're going to enjoy learning to evolve with him!

Thank you for your welcome views on him <ok>

The man is a genius! Not sure why I'm not willing to bask in his glory, but a question that has been worrying me... How big will a club need to be to tempt him away?! The reason I ask is that both Steve Bruce (4/1) and Alan Pardew (15/2) will both be under threat if they have a remotely poor season. Personally, I think either Sunderland or Newcastle would be very interested in him and he would be very tempted.

With due respect to Sunderland and Newcastle, I don't think he would be tempted by them, I honestly believe he thinks he can make us as reliable as either of them, and he also knows that he is safe here for as long as he wants!

I believe it has to be one of the top 6 in order to prise him away <ok>
