I am interested to read why anyone thinks a bunch of men throwing around Nazi salutes is not an issue to be taken seriously.

Very simple, the Bulgarians should have had a sufficient law enforcement presence to simply go into the stands and arrest the lot of them. It’s not like it was a surprise that they could not be prepared for.

Anyone watch the Netflix series about British Football Hooligans yet? I am currently watching the Yorkshire episode.

Agreed, Jonny, & I've got a feeling that the 'arrest show' we've just watched will fizzle out. Reason? Prolly no law against it +/or sympathy in high places in Bulgaria. Betcha we hear nothing else about it ....
