I’m not surprised, that’s asking for it really. Im all for the protests, but protest in a way that doesn’t piss ordinary people off.
Go and protest in Trafalgar Sq and go and protest outside of the banks and investment companies that are backing the big fossil fuel polluters. But don’t climb on trains, they aren’t the problem and neither are the people who are trying to get to work.

Yep that’s what I mean. Trains are part of the solution and in London they are heavily subscribed.

I used to commute every day and you’re never in a good mood about it. Those ****s showing up to make your morning journey even worse is enough to tip a lot of commuters over the top.
Funny how all these arseholes can't afford a loaf of bread to feed their families if they are late , but they all have holidays and iphones.

I hate people that inflict violence upon people using the excuse they cant afford to eat!!! there's millions of children die of starvation already in the poorest parts of the world and guess what more will be the first to die at the expense of the people with cushy lives .there is no excuse for such behaviour. I've been late for work a few times because of other people , but I'm not going to smash their faces in and hide behind the threat of my livelihood being effected because it never has been and never will be.
The guy who was dragged from the roof kicked one of the crowd as he climbed up, so the bloke probably gave him some back.
When you've got a crowd of pissed off people, then some of them are going to join in.
The "independent journalist" filmed an assault. Hardly surprising that those involved wanted to destroy the evidence.
Fook that. Don't think they will be going back there in a hurry.
I'm not suggesting people wouldn't be irritated, but I'm not having this nonsense about their livelihoods being effected! if I was disciplined over being late for that I'd have my employers life. I find the suggestion about not having food due to being late disgusting ! the people already starving to death will be the first people to suffer even more on this planet. I'd have no issue if they just told the truth and said I don't care , so get the **** out of my way!! stop holding up my dinner
Some people are on ****ty contracts, have ****ty bosses or have zero hour contracts, which can be abused massively.
Being late can screw them up.
That might not be the case here, but you can't kick somebody and then complain about getting a kicking.
I don’t blame people for being angry towards them, They’ve been asking for it to be honest, Because They’ve disrupted people’s day, When they’re not trying to go to work.

I bet they perpetrators aren't even on zero hours , but if so who's fault is that then ? I'd argue it's the employer that they should be blaming and to grow a set of balls and do something about it! it's not the fault of someone on a train that is the issue needs addressing on that one and if they all just didn't go to work they'd soon see who has the power , but they have the collective intelligence of a dead fly.
also if someone id grabbing me and dragging on my leg i might argue it's self defence because they have no right to man handle me in the firs place and it was clear what the groups intentions were, so yes I would certainly complain if I was kicked repeatedly after failing to defend myself having been assaulted in the first place.
The human race is a joke and the sooner it is eliminated from the face of the earth the sooner more sensible creatures can hopefully survive on it.
