I thought the media had made it clear, the guy was not involved in crowd trouble. I then read later, he turned aggressive when medics tried to treat him, that could mean many things....other than being a hooligan imho.
so was he pissed causing bother or getting in a fight ? arrest ? if he was just standing around minding his own business i'll be very surprised
