Shall be supporting Mrs Grove on her first half marathon. She managed almost all of a mars bar last week so we are optimistic HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

No, seriously, she is doing a half marathon on Sunday so we will be at the finish line to cheer her on. She's done a couple of practice runs and managed 13 miles so barring injury she should finish the race.

Hopefully Hurricane Lorenzo won't drown out the event.
