I would imagine Friday (if it's not today) is the optimum day. Allows there to be a upturn in tickets for the match, as well as a period of time long enough for maximum exposure before the match. If it's announced Saturday there's a good chance a number of people will miss the news (those not glued to social media or forums). I've not given up hope of something happening today as of yet though - there could potentially be a late afternoon mention of "Press Conference at SoL" or the like to drum up interest from larger media outlets before a full announcement tomorrow.

Friday would be perfect for me! Although I’m at work it will be nice as I work out of Eastbourne Sports Complex where Martin Grays football academy is based and I often see Martin and Brian Atkinson on a regular basis. Be great to get their take on it when it happens!
Knowing my luck tho it’ll be Saturday when I’m at my Nephews wedding near Brough and it will be just my luck I can’t get WiFi or any signal!!!

We've either persuaded SKP to put his boots back on or there's some news about to come out.
The lad who's messaged me has been pretty decent with his info and told me that CM may not endure. On the other hand he told me Ross's future was being discussed so he's not infallible.
I'm due to go out at 4pm, grandad duties, but will keep my phone just in case.
