    A few in there I definitely need to see.

    Agree on Star Wars too.

    The originals are absolute classics but the series has unfortunately been diluted by ****e.

    That wasn't called 'The Thing'. That as 'The Thig From Another World'. It as an excellent film though. I watched it with my dad when I was a nipper.

    The plot is the same, they simply dropped the 3 minor words from the original title, which has always been known as The Thing, even the poster has it as the main title.

    I remember my dad watching Nightmare on Elm Street and letting me watch with him, can't remember exactly how old I was but I'm going to say about 7/8. Scared the **** out of me and him saying "just go to sleep and forget about it" was possibly the worst parenting I think I've ever heard of

    I watched the original Amytiville(sp) Horror with my Dad...gave me nightmares for years but on the plus side, it was nice chillin with my dad

    I've never been a huge fan. Watched a few recent ones and they aren't so much scary as just trying to make you jump constantly. Is ****ing annoying some weird nun thing or clown popping out every 10 mins suprising you.
