She's saying Parliamentary law over rules EU law, that's not the case.
While we are still a member state of the EU, we, and Parliament must abide by, and adhere to EU law. Parliament doesn't have the power to overrule EU law.
The Supreme Court has already heard Gina Millers case and dismissed her challenge. An earlier Scottish Court also dismissed the challenge, so did a NI Court.
Article 50 can only be revoked, it cannot be amended by Parliament.

UK can leave the EU on 31st October with a decent deal, or with a no deal if a deal cannot be agreed too. Should the EU and PM agree the UK can leave without a deal, then that is classed as an agreed deal.
While Parliament traitors have voted against a no deal Brexit, and to seek an extension, no deal Brexit is still on table because it is laid down in EU law, Article 50, and agreed to, and signed off by all 28 EU member states.
EU can kick the UK out of the EU if Boris doesn't elect and put forward a commissioner to the EU.
If a deal is not agreed too, we will be leaving the EU with a no deal Brexit, even the EU corrupt have acknowledged that.
If one EU country votes against an extension, then we leave on 31st October with a no deal.
