I think the super cup pen decision would have been overturned had the ref been a man.I've only seen a handful of games so far this season. In my opinion: Adrián on Abraham was not a penalty; Adrián came off his line in the shoot-out and it should have been re-taken; City should have had a penalty on Saturday.
I've read that there have been other debatable decisions in games that I haven't seen.
I don't want to take an entrenched view on it, but I don't think it is clearing up controversy to the extent that its proponents envisaged.
On a side note, I thought Pogba was going down in anticipation of contact on Monday, I only saw one replay of it, so I'm not sure. Nobody else seems to have mentioned it, so perhaps I was wrong.
Ironically they are trying to be even and fair but in doing so they allowed the ref to make a mistake.
I felt that the VAR team were highly unlikely to reverse any decisions that night. I think they were trying to show support for the ref ironically I think they disrespected her by not over ruling
They were almost condescending toward the refereeing team imho
The keepers came off the line in CS shootout too
I think they just pulling back ones that take the piss which is a dangerous game
Pogba s there was contact but he was, I think, playing for it, defender was naive
