I think when all our players are fit and up to match speed, we should see a really big uplift in our form. Already Frank has got us attacking very well, but our midfield defence needs stiffening and our management in the second half will improve with more experience in the team. Meantime Teams like Wolves and Leicester ,solid competent teams, will be tough for us to beat. Will be happy with a point and another good performance.Wolves are a very good team, like Leicester can score and defend well in equal measures, we had a bad game at The Moleneux last year, but I expect us to be more attacking this time round as we do not have Sarri to guide us. Shame Kante' isn't fit yet because when he is and is integrating with our youth that can respond to his energy with their own we are going to be awesome.....You heard it here first. Carefree!!!
And to think, if it weren't for our transfer ban, neither of these kids would be getting anywhere near the regular starting XI.All our league goals so far this season have been scored by our academy products which I’m sure none of us expected at the start of the season.
Spot on Bod - the fact that we have been achieving these results from our own academy will give us greater pleasure as opposed buying made to measure players off the peg at outrageous inflated prices; outstanding result congrats to lamps & the boys. And to think, if it weren't for our transfer ban, neither of these kids would be getting anywhere near the regular starting XI.
We would have spent the best part of £100m in the summer signing two foreign players for midfield and upfront.
Blessing in disguise if one or both of these kids end up as Chelsea legends.
Plus we've got CHO and RLC to return. Still early days for these youngsters and some big teams to play, but each week there is a little improvement here and there. Tomori Mount and Tammy were exceptional today, Zouma much better, Dave very much better, Christensen solid and the rest all pretty good. Kovacic is a different player this year and really worth his place, Jorghino getting stuck in.Still more to come once Kante is fit. The worrying fall off 2nd half was still there but better managed. A great day for Chelsea on many levels. And to think, if it weren't for our transfer ban, neither of these kids would be getting anywhere near the regular starting XI.

I hope so too. Big ask though.Hopefully you lot smash Liverpool next week
Yes, faster all round.Anyone think we look better going forward without Hazard?
Definitely. We move the ball quicker and create far more chances. So much for the forum experts eh?Yes, faster all round.

I'm trying not to get too carried away, especially as it is so early in the season. We certainly look slicker and more direct. Have to give a big wrap to Mount, he looks every inch a new version of Lampard, and we now really can see goals coming from everywhere ,including our striker. Liverpool will be a massive test, and if we come through that with heads high, we can really say the ban is the best thing to happen. Always felt top 6 was achievable this year, now feeling we will do that and maybe more.
