Works out at a howler a weekend, pretty much how it was init?

Exactly. Four rounds, four mistakes from VAR.

VAR is subjective, so it's always going to **** it up. Might as well just leave it to the ref to **** it up.

Interesting, because I always remember seeing a programme about Premiership referring just before VAR came in. Yet never ever discussed, can't remember the actual programme now, but they looked back over season regarding all the disputed referee decisions, and they only found ONE that was a costly error. ONE!?...yet the governing bodies still justify the use of VAR.

This is why it doesn't work for me. Other than goal line tech and possibly the offside call, everything else is subjective. So there's always going to be a grey area and decisions will therefore always be contested. I think referees, whilst they made mistakes, generally tried to operate within the spirit of the game. But what we're seeing with VAR is an attempt to be black and white, yet they still can't remove their bias and it's leading to more mistakes not less.

I can almost guarantee that the peple who were operating VAR still have jobs, despite ****ing up the easiest job in the world.

Could end up dodgy as **** that, I wonder what the reaction among the fans was as I certainly wouldn't want that to happen down here.

We never did find out at our place how Scally managed to lose £13M debt, after buying our ground then selling it back to us again. It's like the debt mysteriously disappeared.
