If Dennis Hopper had of seen Kill Bill Vol 2, he could have used the 5 Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique to get out of that situation <ok>

The Cruel Tutelage of Pai Mei man, come on. How can you not like Kill Bill Vol 2?

And David Caradine’s genius cameo? ****sakes, it’s as good as the first one (it’s one movie in two parts anyway ffs).

I personally thought the first was so boring and a poor derivative of the **** hong kong cinema I was enamored with when I had no taste at around 13-15 that I've never bothered watching the second.

    Your loss.

All art is derivative btw. Tarantino steals from Asian cinema, as he does from everywhere, but he does it with respect.

Art is subjective, if Tracey Emin took a **** on the floor people would praise it, and that's pretty my view of KB, it's just a lot of ridiculous wire fighting.
I can't stand foreign language films either, dub them and i'll have a go, but watchig it in it;s pretentious 'original laguage' can **** off. If I'm going to have to read I may as well get the book, it'll be far better anyway.
    because it's ****. I must ask, why did you bother with the 2nd, 3rd & 4th attempts?

Fair enough, no point banging your head on a brick wall <ok>

On the other hand, I tried half a dozen times to read One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest, but couldn’t get past the first chapter. But my mum kept saying it was her favourite book, so eventually I got through that first chapter and the book blew me away (in a good way).

There were some great elements to KB2 but so much was also missing, the music had taken a back seat, so many iconic moments in the first film set to some great tunes this seemed to have gone, then there's the animated scene and the fight in the snow both great moments along with that opening close quarters fight scene. KB2 was good but it just lacked the defining moments that KB1 had.

yeah, and Tracey Emin's unmade bed was a centre piece art exhibit, trust yourself, if you thought it was **** the first time it will only eve get worse on subsequent viewings, unless you take heroin first.

Really because I just had a swatch at your list and I'm sorry to tell you but the original IT wasn't a film it was a two part TV mini series. A pretty terrible two part TV mini series at that. It's only saving grace was Tim Curry's portrayal of Pennywise.

    So...I win.

Not to mention the fact that you have dismissed the last 2 decades of film making as pish but amongst your favourite films are at least two that were made after 2000.

Yer talking pish mate. And every **** knows it.

I know more than you obviously. I know that since 2000 there have been loads of excellent movies made for a start.

    Ya mug.

I'd disagree in part. The first half of the original IT was good, pretty creepy iirc.
The second part was dog-**** though.
