I used to get them occasionally from my teens and still do. Good thing is I notice them less now because of the pain from my bad back and osteoarthritis. So my advice is - just give it time. The misery and pain of old age will make them seem trivial by the time you reach 60. In the meantime don't apply for jobs as a pilot or train driver.
The other thing that you might want to check is that your water supply is not contaminated by run off from the tailings dumps of all the lead mines in your area. Those are also the symptoms of acute lead poisoning.
Yeah I started wondering about Radon poisoning at one point. But my house is so old and draughty that I don't think it's a problem. I'm not one for hermetically sealing up houses anyway, I don't think it's very healthy. Don't think there are any lead mine run offs in the immediate area, the reservoir near me is on the top of a hill and away from the mines, that said my house is probably fed with lead pipes. But I filter all of my water anyway.

I did wonder if people might think I wrote this thread fishing for sympathy, then I remembered that @luvgonzo once posted a thread about taking himself to A&E thinking he was having a heart attack and it turned out to be indigestion.
