Its funny how its banter this week, but last week with the carroll transfer "we were obsessed"

leazes cant banter, he bans people from posting <laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh>
 
I don't think the original post is too bad at all, would expect one of us to do the same if the boot was on the other foot. After that though when he gets the bites he is looking for and a bit of stick he falls short of the standards a moderator should be aspiring to. I'm not angry, i'm disappointed.
 
I don't think Badger is cut out for modding, I was happy to give the bloke the benefit of the doubt, however he doesn't seem to be able to grasp the essence of the role, he seems to slip into the role of wum too easily for a mod and seems to relish it too much.

As I said, the original article is not a problem at all and is very acceptable banter, then you fall into abuse and swearing at people. Fine for a poster but not what I would expect from a mod. If your going to give it make it funny, use wit to put people in their place. Don't start swearing at people and chucking comments around like "you have wasted your life", "Stop your ****ing moaning", it makes you look rattled and childish.
 
And there is the crux of the matter Badger, you cannot differentiate between banter & wumming - your banter simply lacks any humour or wit

As Syd said, have you learned nothing, posting on an ongoing thread on another teams board is one thing creating an article like this is just Wumming - posting a smiley face after a comment does not make it humorous.

Mind I do not go over to your board too often, I'm not infatuated with what you lot say unlike you with us, out of your last 20 comments 9 have been on our board, that is an unhealthy ratio no matter which way you look at it.

Swearing in that manner is not big, clever or moderator like, have a word with yourself.

That's the nail hit right on the head. There is no need to be abusive when having a bit of banter.
