Weird team, don’t think it’s 3 at the back with Sissoko RWB but Dave at RB scares me. Odd we would do that with Aurier on the bench too as at least he plays the position.

With all the off-pitch stuff going which is inevitably going to effect our players today .. maybe we should defend and protect our back line for the duration of about 80mins. Then launch an all out attack to catch then on the break with a sucker punch or two.. Not the Spurs way, I know, but these are unusual times.

A 'smash and grab up' as we say in thoroughbred racing.

I agree with you about RWB to a degree.

To play Aurier without Sissoko as cover though, would be suicidal, then the issue becomes who do you take out to put Aurier in?

More suicidal than Dave or Toby as RBs when neither are exactly known for pace? But I take your point and the answer is probably Winks. Or Lamela and basically play 2 up top with 3 at the back and Eriksen in the hole.

I don’t get Lamela over Lucas. I don’t think Luiz would relish Moura running at him, he doesn’t seem to cope too well with that type of player.

I agree with you, definitely NOT more suicidal, but I also don't see Poch replacing either of those for Aurier.
