Why not? Surely you’d be great value if you drank a **** load and started offering everyone out?

I don’t train for vanity, never have. I’ve fluctuated between 13st and 14.5st for about 4 years now. Clothes fitting well is nice obviously but I do it mainly due to my previous mental state which is a place I ain’t ever going back to.

As I said I’m not having a dig. I sort of get it but don’t really as I fail to see how people can genuinely find it fun. There are a million better things to do with ones time.

I really don’t find it fun, it’s a chore tbh, I used to like it a lot more than I do now but if I don’t do it things could turn **** again. There’s probably not that many great things you can do between 5:45 and 6:30 AM through the week either.

I’ve quit loads of times but I keep going back when I feel like I’m having a dip. Tore my rotator cuff a few years back and struggle with strength training now as a result so lost my passion there and then.

See I find sleep helps my mental health. I’m a massive grumpy **** more than usual if I don’t get enough sleep. I’m much happier when well slept.

I normally get about 7 hours which works for me, I don’t like laying in bed I’m up as soon as my eyes open unless I have a hangover.

  18. I do get bouts of stress and anxiety but doctor said she'd rather not medicate for now - specialist said same. So I walk and it does actually help massively. My sister was on a radio programme the other day talking about the whole wellness industry and how it can cause added pressure to people because it adds something else to the list of things they have to do. Someone made the point there's a difference between mental health and mental fitness and that really struck a chord - I think mine's definitely the latter. Was quite interesting actually.

“The lack of empathy for others.”

you don’t half talk bollocks at times, I have a lot of empathy, You’re making things up as you go along.

Shutting your mouth isn't the answer, but nor is venting on here. Find someone appropriate to talk to.
