The way taxis work round here is...

You start calling, some rough sounding man or woman says "ello" you ask if it's a taxi firm you're calling they go "yeah". "Have you got a taxi available now "No". Repeat this about 10 times.
You eventually find one that says "yeah where you goin?" You answer and it's always 10 minutes.
30 minutes later you call back and get told he's on the way.
Eventually either a roider in an Astra turns up and you hold on for dear life or some old man in a Skoda that's wants to tell you how you're doing life all wrong, you feel like you want to die. Then it's a sinking pub with a barmaid with a bad attitude a few pints and the realisation that you need to go further afield for a decent pub and that you probably should have done that or stayed in.

Had a rum and coke and a rum and angostura tonic. The latter was a revelation.

They won't be authentic Italian so I wouldn't bother!

Just been to a non Italian chain restaurant myself. Had great time, ate the lot.

As did the kids, which is the main thing as I have no doubt they would still be pushing linguine alle vongole round the plate right now if we'd been to a proper one.

I had a risotto. I can do better myself but it was still good.

Me and her shared a bottle of suav blanc. We even put ice in it.

Called off the sesh, Got some munchies, Got some fresh G13 Haze, rolled myself a naughty one of that, Current status: V nice.

Obviously not many here bun da erb and talk about it, I dunno why and with respect I don't really care either (and that's fine) but I ain't that into pale ales, iced wine, rum, gin or beer so much (OK maybe just one guise) so cos I'm nicely baked I'm gonna chat **** like fosse on cocaine :afro:
Today I shall be speaking to you enjoying a good old dooberry. Links and pics will be provided for the slurring alcoholic wifebeating pissheads <whistle>

Anyways G13 Haze https://www.barneysfarm.com/high-thc-strains Is one of my favourite strains of ganja and I was chuffed to get the call to make my way and grab some that I know has been grown with love from a reliable long time link, i also picked up something he grew called blues.

It's from a UK company called underground originals, if you've ever smoked old skool Purple Haze

Yeah well put those to bed cos this Blues this **** dumps all over those old guard buds 10 fold.<applause>
hands down by far the most rich blueberry flavour I've ever smoked and this'll be the 5th time I've smoked it so I know I'm In for a ****ing treat when I do crack open the bag because I'm smoking the g13 as I type and all I can smell is that blues in the bag on the table <party>
    So tonight's menu is
    Blues on the left
Bit of Ammi I had in the middle
    G13 on the right

As you know, light and bubbly yet maintaining a firm crunchyness whilst also holding a suberb flavour to crisp ratio if we are talking on a singular crisp to flavour ratio, if not then there's not enough in a pack still and I've got 2 left :bandit:

Heading home at mid day today.

Won't be rushing as I don't want to have to do football training, I want to get home unpack and relax as tomorrow is stress central; the golf club championships.

Golf course set up in the most borderline impossible way it can be. Only about a handful have any chance whatsoever of winning the thing but about 50 other gullible saps (like me) enter to put themselves through hell.

If I post a score and make the second round it means I miss Swansea v Brum so there's the added pressure and guilt of that.

Why do I bother? Gets me out of the house on a BH weekend, that's why.

BH Monday will we a long coast walk and a pub meal. Easily the best bit of the weekend.
