Short career...or excessive wage demands?

his wife had a number of miscarriages - he nearly retired in his last season with us - never worked at Reading or Coventry on loan - I suspect that's career over - hope they find happiness however that happens - never really of fan of him playing but came across as a top bloke

I think Meyler enjoyed his football and would accept a reasonable contract just to be playing.
He could probably still do a job for us now but his age probably doesn’t fit into the managers vision.
Not sure if Cork v Belfast would be a good relationship !

That was my first thought too, along with I wonder if Ehab includes them as part of the official attendance figures.
Apprently he includes the stewards, catering & anyone inside the stadium as part of the attendance. So I’m told anyway
