Gutted. With lemina being a no show, thought Reed might have got a chance. Now we've lost a central midfielder (if Reed was theoretically a lemina replacement) and not replaced.

Fair. I should've rephrased - we are very light on defensive central midfield options.

Imagine starting a PL match with JWP & Slattery as our CM pairing?

I'd have backed Reed as a CDM option. Shame really.
