Same line up as today? Assuming Mane won’t be rushed back. Possibly Keita coming in LW for Origi or gi I pushed up there and Milner coming in?
I'd give TAA a kick up the arse after today's showing and start Matip CB with Gomez RB.
Same with Wijnaldum, you can't wait until you get ripped a new one at half time before turning up and it happens too often, start Keita.

Pass. Gomez is wasted at RB and offers no threat. He should be played alongside VVD as much as possible to learn and form a partnership. Create a back 5 that va be together for next 5 years
1 game to sort out TAA, I'm not talking about a permanent thing. Defensivly we were better with Gomez at RB and that's something to consider.
Trent had an off day defensively, it happens to him now and again. However, he was up against City's forward line, and some Ederson-like distribution from the keeper.
No disrespect to Norwich, but I don't anticipate them offering the same threat.

Maybe but at home to Norwich? We should be good defensively and need TAA and Robbo to attack
Yeah I get that, I just think he needs to realise that he's not an automatic pick.
James Milner injury update
Jürgen Klopp is optimistic James Milner will be available for Friday night’s Premier League opener with Norwich City at Anfield.
The vice-captain missed the Community Shield clash with Manchester City on Sunday as a precaution due to a minor muscle injury.
However, Milner is expected to resume full training in the next couple of days and Klopp is confident he will be ready to kick off the new top-flight campaign.
When asked if he thought the No.7 would be available to face Norwich, the manager told his post-match press conference at Wembley: “I would say yes.
“It was a minor muscle injury. I would say he can probably train tomorrow, although I am not 100 per cent sure.
“For today it did not work out, but I think by at least Tuesday he can train.”

TAA is off the pace massively. I have no idea why but he shouldn’t start.

I think TAA will start despite that poor showing, it will be a good game for him to get some match fitness and improve his form.
Well we don’t have that many options now that Clyne is injured. This is the madness of our transfer policy - we’ve all spoken about what if one of the full backs get injured.....we’ve never considered if one lost form....I think they should start Gomez at RB. I think they will too.
