Pretty well known that Salah wants to move on at some point to Real or Juve. He's had his agent speaking to them for the past 2 years looking for opportunities and interest but they've shown none. But if a good offer came in I would say fair enough.
Seems a nice bloke but his attitude does seem a little bit toward the individual rather than the team collective.

I wouldn't sell him yet, but I would definitely be planning for life without him by buying a replacement and bedding him in to the squad this season. If his agent is asking around (at Salah's request btw) then the club certainly know. I rate Mane higher, as you do, for similar reasons, but I still think he's important to keep hold of him if we can.

I knew nothing about this so I just had a read around and all I found were reports saying Salah's agent calls links to Juventus rubbish; Salah set to sign new Liverpool £2.2m deal. But plenty of stories on, surprise surprise, talksport, goal and the Express about him leaving.
The media is full of rubbish. Literally any football rumour is bound to be untrue.

Very risky move, Mbappe is unproven in a top league and I don't necessarily buy in to the hype surrounding him. Wages would be another issue.

And yet they always act on request of their client. Agents speaking publicly is 99% bollocks and agendas. Agents speaking privately is often true. If his client has, for two years, been pitching his services to Real and Juve representatives (can't remember if there was another club or not) then it's because he wants out eventually.
