Always thought that about my grandparents. They were born before anyone had flown. In an age where a motor car would people would bring people into the streets. Before the first radio transmission. They lived to see cars become commonplace, plane travel an everyday occurrence, radio and then television in every house. Three of them lived long enough to see the first man on the moon. From being old enough to remember the first flight to Concorde. Doubtful if any other generation has seen, or will see, such a transformation in the world.

If there is to be such a transformation, it's interesting to wonder what that might be.

I'd love for time travel to become a thing. I've thought about that since my early teens. If you take the time out to consider the possibilities, it's almost trippy.

9 p.m. today (actually yesterday for most forum members t'other side (East) of the Atlantic) - ITV1 - " The Day we walked on the moon".

Sounds like Brian May, Ph.D, ex Queen (the band) doing the narration. I bet he chose the background music ?

Edit: Wasn't Brian May, was Mark Strong doing the narration. Voices very similar imo.

They are well on with developing Space craft for future Moon and Mars missions .
Well worth a watch
