Carrot burgers anybody?Suggestions for a Luv type salsa, Quinoa, walnut, feta & pomegranate perhaps?
These have the firmness of meat Luv.Now I quite like the odd veggie burger but one thing they do not go with is bread. They are too soft and it just doesn't work.

Sounds like a focaccia?Had an early meal yesterday due to my knee giving out on me of....
Tagliolini con gamberini e zucchini
I would post a pic but some shhite will probably grab the data from my phone!
Excellently cooked, even arrived hot, unusual for italians. With some beautiful bread that i don't know the name of it....will need to research it, was unusual, sort of fluffy, with a glaze/seasoning on top, cut into cube pieces.
The zucchini was finely chopped.
But i stood proud as typical bloody English by bypassing on the vino and opting for la birra alla spina - variety escapes my memory.
Was given lemoncello (spelling) at end of meal, but i wasnt pissed to drink that disgusting stuff.

Your friendly local Waitrose will happily sell you focaccia.Well done mate, that is it! Really enjoyed it, do you only get that with certain types of meal? Just i noticed some people just having the standard rustic bread.
