Absolutely mate. My now adopted son was 2 when I met my missus. But he’s mine by everything but blood. I’d give my life for him. He’s 14 now and a little shot but I love the absolute bones of the lad. Sadly SAFC have put him off watching football!! Never enjoyed it since the days of Kenwyne Jones!!

As has been said over and again, takes more than a bit of sperm to make a father

Must be rewarding to be able to take a young life like theirs onboard and to give them love and stability that they probably wouldn't have had without you.

My lasses ex is a kunt but not a bad dad to be fair. Unfortunately he only chooses to see her 8days a month.
Im 42 now and i have been through some shyte but the unconditional love you get from kids makes you see sense. My lasses daughter loves me and and i have joint custody of my boys. If it wasnt for them i wouldn't be here

Not something I’d be able to do but massive respect to those that do step up.

I have three children, two of which are technically 'step children' though that's not anything that's ever though of.

And I have five grandchildren who are the joy of my life. (1+4).

This is my family and the most important part of my life.

I have 2 step sons... have to be honest when me and the current Mrs Flanders got together the youngest was 11 and that was a test of my nerve.....as in...he got on mine. But we have since grown very close and become good mates..wouldn't change it for the world.

Mate I always said the same until it happened. And when they give you the love you find you can do things you thought weren't possible. My family are my life. The two “little” ones (14 year old us knocking on the door of 6’... in 5’ 6”) make my life worth living

oh bugger for the best though at least she wont have a scar by the time she grows up, and when she is grown then is the time to dust off your boxing gloves to keep the hoards of young suitors at bay, always meet them first.
