You either want to sell (because of the ridiculous amount I'd money you'll get) or have to sell (he wants to move). If it's neither of them, he doesn't leave.

I think we have deliberately set the amount that high to discourage potential suitors ... at the same time we probably agreed with Maguire last summer (when he signed his new contract) that we would listen to offers at this time provided they met our valuation ... now that's conjecture but it's very much what we did with Mahrez too <ok>

.... and they'd actually won their league ... not some cup competition where you can still get through your group having been battered ... can't really argue with a league title half pint.

think they may have covered that with the player Angelius (sp) they bought back due to a buy back clause for about £6m though extra ones are always handy particularly as i think the Angelicius fella probably counts as club trained for Europe

By the way, Celtic fans seem to think the best centre back they have seen since VVD is Folio Benkovic who we sent on loan to them last season ... he's just said his farewells as we have recalled him <cheers>
