I am actually surprised no one’s at least triggered the clause yet. Thought the second that was activated teams would be all over it.

Yep, it's an odd one. We need a CB as do loads of other teams, thought Utd would have been all over it. Strange that nobody is coming in for him...

Can only think that he’s still asking for stupid wages which is putting clubs off.

What's he on at Spurs, about £100k ? Would have though most clubs would be able to offer him more, but if he's asking for £300k or similar then yeah most clubs will tell him to foxtrot oscar.

Don’t even think he’s on that. We offered to pay him £130k but rumours were that he wanted £180k. I think only about 3 or 4 CBs would be earning more than him if he got that wage.

What the actual **** is going on with transfer fees these days ? <laugh>

Okay, I get it that some players like Neymar, De Ligt, Mbappe are going to attract £100m+ fees. But it seems like everybody else is trying to rinse rude dollar for average ****e.

It's like some fancy restaurant opens in town and charges £100 per head, so Smokey Joes greasy spoon down the road suddenly wants £28 for a Sausage sarnie with HP sauce.

For some reason this made me chuckle - From Sky's Transfer Centre page:

"After being linked with a move to Manchester United, we take a look at Sean Longstaff's goals for Blackpool whilst on loan from Newcastle during the 2017-18 season."

£50m price tag and they can't even put together a video of his Premier League highlights <laugh>

Because he played about five full games.

He's not worth five million, let alone fifty.
 
Sky reporting that Youri Tielemans is having a medical tomorrow prior to signing for around £40 million ... excellent news for us if true <cheers>
